Waste Management Raises Quarterly Dividend by 5.5% to 57.5 Cents

Waste Management Inc. on Tuesday said it raised its quarterly
dividend by 5.5% to 57.5 cents from 54.5 cents.
The new payout, equal to $2.30 a year, represents an annual
yield of about 2.08%, based on Monday's closing price of $110.56,
up from about 1.97%.
The Houston provider of waste management environmental services
said the increased dividend is payable March 26 to shareholders of
record March 12.
