What agendas? Surf, ITYS, myself, all post due diligence, cite sources, and do extensive research into scam companies to expose them for what they are to protect other investors from the false hope that anything good will come of these scam companies.

Even Angels, who was a bullish investor for a while, has turned on MWWC because Angels knows what this is now.

Schlenk is the obvious orchestrator with Blagman as the shill, this fiasco has been going on now year and half and Sec needs to prosecute.

What I find more alarming, is that he is allegedly corresponding to investors which I would deem a major red flag. Schlenk should be at the forefront of this all and Schlenk should be relaying information to investors - not Blagman. Schlenk needs to hold Blagman accountable.

Blagman has deceived investors from the start with all forward looking statements and photos and should be held accountable. All lies and deception which is theft .

A user reported that Blagman responded to his twitter messages stating that he is working on his own business right now. Blagman is only on retainer for MWWC/MWWL. I'm sure they are in Saudi Arabia for their own projects they have going on. It doesn't seem like anything is happening with HAD.

Furthermore, why would they go to Saudi Arabia for HAD? HAD has reported a few hours of filming has been done as of August of 2023 and they can't land any network to make it a PPV event like they wanted and refuse to acknowledge the possibility of streaming services.

Why Blagman posting pictures with Arab Shiek in Dubai, must be something going on, why he would go there just to post photos doesn't make any sense, even though he hasn't delivered even one of his BS statements yet.

Come to find out, these twitter accounts postings were actually to generate interest in their own personal projects. Shoondale just twisted some of their postings to "assume" they were working on HAD. That wasn't the case. Now we see the Schlenk go back into the cave for 9 more years of solitude before emerging once again to unveil his next blatant crypto scam to rope more investors in. (see failed crypto scam from MWWC in 2022/2023 filings)

Simply put.. Schlenk kept Blagman on retainer. Blagman was to assume ownership of company (original plan). They were going to make a show called Hollywood After Dark. Blagman didn't want to outsource TV series to any streaming service (limiting himself to PPV which is extraordinarily rare to get in). 3 Twitter accounts that technically have nothing to do with the company kept getting touted as "news". Lauren (one of the chatty twitter accounts) is registering HAD as a trademark with HER company and NOT MWWC/MWWL (MWWC owns MWWL as MWWL is a subsidiary of the company). A year (almost 2 now), we had a big event that was planned for October 31st called "Rumble in the Jungle" (This is where my misinformation essay to the SEC really heated up). And for some reason, out of nowhere, we had that ENTIRE team in the middle east? Why? This is the hilarious part.

Lauren, Emma, and Blagman all went to Saudi Arabia to work on HAD (so we were told, mislead, and misinformed by Shoon and twitter pals.). No PPV event, October came and went, flyers were a sham, and a user (unconfirmed if this was really sent by Blagman or if it was faked.) reported that Blagman responded to him via messages on twitter. Claiming that Blagman said he 1) wasn't working on HAD at all, 2) was working on his own business, 3) has no direct communication with Schlenk. Nobody does so that's unsurprising.

I live in the town that MWWC is registered in. The office is above a UPS store and I've never once seen anyone go in or out of that office. It's a shell office that he uses to register MWWC in the State of Wyoming for tax sheltering reasons. Wyoming, unfortunately, has loads of scam corps registered due to tax sheltering benefits. Wyoming legislatures won't do anything about it because it generates our state a decent amount of income.

I can imagine the clownery will be at full force once out of the clink lol.

$MWWC This right here is why I've filed a report to the SEC. Blagman shouldn't have updated shareholders on anything and all of it can be taken as "misleading" because... That's exactly what it is. How have they done so much work with nothing to show? Then Blagman also makes a comment of his intolerance to using streaming services like HULU, Netflix (he outright named), MAX, Peacock, etc?

And we wonder why this failed when all he wanted was strictly a PPV event? He could have made HAD more money off of a pitch to Netflix than the lack of success in the PPV world.

ITYS is also jailed for the same amount of time because he too called out MWWC and combatted Shoondale. ITYS in the jailhouse forum says Shoon has been screaming Blagman's name over and over in the corner of the cell they share. I keep bringing ITYS smokes and I too can hear the screaming through the concrete.
