There is a 10-Q due in about 4 weeks that should bring clarity. The filings have never been late in recent years. Lauren always was the producer and MWWC and their MWM subsidiary always a 35% stakeholder in profits. So we'll see if that has changed.

On February 28, 2023, the Company completed the acquisition of Wyoming-based Marketing Worldwide Media LLC ('MWML'), which becomes a wholly owned subsidiary. The consideration paid was the issuance of 400,000 shares of Series E Preferred Stock, which convert into 40,000,000 shares of common stock. The management also shares in 35% of future profits. As part of this transaction, the Company retains the services of Robert Blagman, who ha over 30 years of experience in network sales, communications and management. The expectation is that MWML will generate revenues from ad sales aired on any number of networks contracted.
On March 15, 2023, the Company announced that it was starting the process of developing a live late night televisions series titled 'Hollywood After Dark'. In Live TV for Hollywood After Dark the company is investing resources and time into possible PPV Events

Marketing Worldwide Media, LLC n February 28, 2023, the Company acquired Marketing Worldwide Media LLC ('MWWM') in exchange for 400,000 shares of Series E Preferred Stock, with a par value of $0.025, for a transaction price of $10,000. The Company had no assets or liabilities at the time of acquisition, so the entire acquisition price was allocated to goodwill.

Please inform us why all the pumping when you know Blagman has been done with this for some time. Seriously...I know the answer and a simple email would go you the answer. But all the pumpers here just want out and don't want real answers.

I'm positive that part of that required MWWC funding which didn't occur. Easy to verify.

According to the filings, it was 35% of profits.

We may get reimbursed for a small amount of seed money for the pilot. That's all we ever had.

They have a % of profits.

They have the non-MWWC % to work with. The filings that are due in 5 or 6 weeks will be of interest. FWIW the HAD Instagram website is updated at least once every few days.

Mwwc has no HAD rights

AS I stated long ago...once Blagman COULDN'T get MWWC reversed split the song and dance was over !

Who in their right mnd puts a new development into a shell that has 5.7 billion shares ISSUED (max is 6.5B) and has a debt holder owed $927K ....THAT CONVERTS TO 37 BILLION SHARES ??

Blagman PFD shares convert to 40 million common...HE needed a split and NOW HE'S BEEN GONE and was 2 years ago !

I can report that Blagman is done trying to get in touch with Schlenk. It's out of Blagman's hands now. I don't blame him.

Schlenk just refuses to reach out to Blagman. I know Blagman to be a serious person but Schlenk's motives...I don't trust him. No history of trustworthiness.

Over two years mwwc website with the message "interesting things coming ..." and ..nothing ...this is a disgrace and misleads people for me it looks like a criminal ...I wish I wrong 

Did they deliberately mislead us? Did they transfer assets from hand to hand at the expense of us the investors?! There are many questions here, some of which can be decided as criminal if we do not receive unequivocal clarifications very soon, not through social media, but through the company itself!!

Personally, I believe in this show and its potential to expand this idea to other countries like Saudi.But, this is not how the company should behave, neither with investors nor in general.

Maybe the connection between MWWC and HAD is going no where at this time. But I will hold my opinions until HAD is connected to another company other than MWWC.
Who is to say everything is all about strategy up until this point. We don't know. That's the art of the deal. Hindsight and the present is all we have to go on. The present is not looking promising, but maybe later on we get surprised on the hindsight. Stay tuned.

Maybe MWWC is waiting for additional funding sources to join in. It seems MWWC is not providing further funding at this particular time. It doesn't mean there is no relationship at all. The MWWC filings state a relationship. MWWC never owned 100% either. Thus, funding has to come from other sources too. Granted it is not a good thing that HAD is not presently airing. My opinion is you are being overly dramatic about the situation. Unless the filings next month drop the language of a relationship, you are over dramatizing.

I have emailed. You wouldn't believe what I posted so if you want to know you can know. If taking 30 seconds to find out what's going on with your investment is a waste of your time you shouldn't be do this.
