    On May 24, 2022, Summit Materials, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will host an Investor Day on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 beginning at 9:00 am eastern time at which the Company will present and distribute an investor presentation to provide updates on its Elevate Summit strategy, growth drivers, ESG initiatives, as well as capital allocation priorities (the "Investor Day Presentation"). A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this "Form 8-K") and is incorporated herein by reference. A copy of the Investor Day Presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
