--The Anglo-Dutch retailer is reviving a sale process for this basket of brands which had been abandoned two years ago and not reported on, Reuters reports.

--The investment banks it has hired--Morgan Stanley and Evercore Inc--have contacted different parties to measure interest in the division for a deal that could be worth multiple billions of dollars, Reuters reports.
