ENI S.p.A. (ENI.MI) said Wednesday that it will collaborate with Mainstream Renewable Power to develop renewable energy projects in the U.K., as well as in Africa and Southeast Asia.

The Italian energy company said it believes the agreement will add particular value to its offshore wind segment.
