Not if these MM's have anything to say about it apparently. They have been hitting it hard as of late. It had vcrazy steam upward and then they came out of the woodwork to drive it down. Oh well, more opportunity to pick up cheaper shares.

Quail is still part of the equation - we are just getting past initial due diligence, we don’t have a clear timeline on Quaul like we do with CST, Button, and a few other $1-6M revenue acquisitions + our prospective joint venture with Mountain V Oil & Gas.

The good part is when the PR dose come it validates everything posted on instagram and should lead to a much larger increase in share price as shareholders have been given insight into other developments for the future. Its just my opinion but cohen knows exactly how to get the biggest bang for his buck its just takes a little time .

Another great PR that helps outline where we are going from here. Anyone invested should take the time to watch these. He is super thorough and laying out everything he is able to at the time while keeping expectations reasonable. And remember, think long term on these tickers, the growth in these over the next year to years will be worth the wait!

Cohen is like me in that sense, he wears his heart on his sleeve, and very passionate from what I could tell.

I think I’ve caused a bit of a chaotic few minutes but my intention was to see a PR that can rap all that he has down the past few weeks which is extremely a lot and huge even for one PR.

When it comes IMO it’ll be explosive.

I didn't think they were that expensive lol. I saw some companies (even "struggling" ones releasing ones just about every other day and assumed it was free)

It should still be used for larger announcements (which you have already done so) but these smaller announcements in my opinion should be kept toward Instagram. However I understand why some people might want that, makes it feel more safe. Seeing some CEO on Instagram posting insane announcements directly about a ticker would lead many to suspicion.

I don't think you're being disrespectful at all. Defending your cause is what you want to see in your leadership and again, I will reiterate, the way it is presently being done is obviously very effective and a lot of people love Cohen's style. Let the people who won't get on board until there is a PR wait until they're comfortable. We can't control whether someone puts money to the cause but I think a majority of people's opinion is that Cohen's style of speaking directly to us is the preferred method. It let's us know as shareholders where his heart truly lies in all this and I'd hate to see that go away. Again, only thing I'd recommend is use the tools of free and open internet even more effectively by proliferating the message cross platform. Instagram, twitter, reddit, etc... putting effort into that will pay off a thousand fold more than any PR will especially given Cohen's transparent and passionate style. People want to follow a strong and trustworthy leader and that's what his actions show, without question.

Truth is I never read the seeking alpha article before now.

You keep complaining and you’re not actually listening to the videos and the movement he’s describing…. Ya I'm in the same boat, I prefer the leader coming and talking to the troops directly. Save the PR's for the closing. We live in a world where we can easily and freely disseminate information at the touch of a button. Again, my only advice would be to use those avenues even more effectively than they already have been.

He has done so much it’s not even a joke and we are all thankful.

But you cannot keep doing the same thing none stop and keep posting endlessly about JVs in a few weeks and not one proper PR or filing. Not that am asking for a filing right now, but am asking for more credibility with one measly $500 PR to a professional outlet for all to see.

If you want street cred, then SKYQ should have given you all you need.

PR and then start filing is the proper way. Gives professional credibility to what you are doing. Posts are like McDonald’s the way you put it yourself.

I’ve thanked him openly infront of everyone here for all that he has done for the shareholders, but posting alone is not professional. That’s just my honest opinion.

Presently as a shareholder I don't think PR's like that are necessary for all the background work. Like I said, the way he is doing it now is building serious shareholder confidence and I'm a huge fan of it. Can't exactly have a "MAJOR FUCKIN ANNOUNCEMENT" with a PR and I would hate for that to go away haha I think it's doing just fine without them and that they should be reserved for things like official closings. I'm more or less saying that Samuel has a point in that some people wont get on board without one I'm sure, but its not stopping most people from investing. Cohen's enthusiasm and passion is infectious and it definitely inspires confidence.

It is definitely not whining. I’ve never posted here before, so to call me a whiner is outta line.

Many here share my opinion and you can go back yourself and read the posts.

If he’s spending $25K on contracts I think spending $500 on a professional PR with a professional outlet will go much further than just Instagram posts that practically gives the shareholders and investors nothing to stand on from a professional perspective.

No one is asking him to put out PRs daily, he’s done so much the past month I am sure he can spend $500 to PR all that openly to the public.

I would just preach exercising patience here. Look how far its come without a single PR. Technically nothing has officially closed but the hype behind the very real possibility is tangible with this one. A PR will come when its officially all closed up I'm sure. Plus most word of mouth these days is through avenues like here, stocktwits, reddit and Twitter. If I had any advice it would be advertise more broadly on Twitter where possible. Just need to get some big accounts with eyes on AZRH and ZHUD, which is definitely starting to happen. People are paying attention to its meteoric rise base purely on word of mouth at this point.

Alright - then if you guys want Cohen to start spending $500 for press release on official new sources like yahoo finance, seeking alpha, and Bloomberg then he’ll do it - just so everybody understands and knows how press releases work - the company is required to provide copies of the contracts that we post to Instagram - then the company pays $500 - and then the company is responsible for redistribution - that’s why we see press releases as only essential for announcements pertaining to acquisitions and mergers closing vs execution of LOIs, acquisition of control blocks, or what we consider day to day pertains updates to keep everybody engaged and involved the entire way.

It’s an easy fix - but we just want everybody to understand what a press release actually is!

To legitimise all the he’s doing he must PR at least once. He’s done so much based on his announcements, all it takes is one proper PR.

Honestly I think both perspectives have a ring of truth here. As an investor I love seeing Cohen keeping us all in the loop every step of the way and for a lot of people that inspires a lot of confidence, especially given his transparency, honesty, and him holding pretty steadfast to being dedicated to shareholder value. And its undeniable, the proof is in the pudding that word of mouth through these avenues alone has shown serious market response. And it would be impractical to have a PR every single time he does something, which thankfully for us shareholders, is pretty often. There is no use in PR'ing the fact that Cohen appears to make deals as frequently as he takes a breath haha

But on the flip side there is absolutely an element where official PR's go a long way and I agree that it should only be when it is warranted. I think Samuel is more just speaking to that point that for a certain block of investors, offical PR's will be required. But again, I'm confident they will come when necessary. Investing is a game of patience and as we have been saying the past few weeks, this one is just getting started. Just imagine where this one will be in that 3 to 5 year time frame. Look beyond October 31st because that's where the real money will be.

All being addresssed tonight by Cohen - but to sit and say his updates and news on Instagram and meaningless and not valid is a pretty outrageous claim and I’m confident just about every other retail investor on here would agree…

Regarding filings… Cohens been spending over $25k a month just on legal and compliance to ensure that things are handled properly and timely… until you actually buy control block of a public company, 10x retail shareholder value in less than 3 weeks, and bare all the costs to do this across multiple tickers - please save the whining and negativity for somewhere else and if you don’t like Cohens approach to media or news - then sell your shares and go invest somewhere else…

We take feedback and criticism to heart but at the same time - your post is a little off and we’d rather be direct about it…

Hold on just one second - you couldn’t be more wrong… the difference is spending $500 on a news article that goes absolutely nowhere and has to be distributed vs actual real time news updates where we post contracts signed… I’m sorry but we’re not going to see eye to eye here…

Cohen takes out press releases when it’s warranted… not every time he signs a contract… which is just about everyday…

Without an official PR, announcements on Instagram alone are pretty much meaningless, with all due respects.

He also needs to file all this with the SEC.

All these announcements are a waste of time till official PRs and proper filings.

Please ask him to address this tonight.

Thank you for all his efforts and for all that he is doing building it all and having the side of the shareholders and investors. This could literally be the best ticker anyone could hold if PRs and filings are addressed. He could make history in the OTC for his transparency, usually that’s unheard of.

I trust that he’s also got our backs as he says. If he truly doe, investors will trust him more on this ticker and with the others going forward to invest in his vision and future prospects, and I am sure he will be paid back in the near to medium future not only in cash and money but also wherever he chooses to go next in the future, most of us here in my opinion will follow him and make his tickers twinkle in the starts.

All he has to do is start PRing and filing professionally to give us an indication the future is bright.

This one’s just getting started! We’ve got a roadmap and an acquisition to a Billion Dollar Revenue Company over the next 3-5 years!
