Senior plc has been notified that on 30 April 2018, David Beavan, a PDMR, and his wife collectively sold 13,670 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at an average price of GBP2.934 pence per share. They immediately acquired 13,614 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at an average price of GBP2.938 pence per share through Bed and ISA arrangements. Following these transactions, Mr and Mrs Beavan hold 121,103 shares in the Company.
