So let's disect the word Statement.

It is definitely different than "Update".

If it were going to make a big jump, we'd be seeing far more volume than what is trading today. I truly hope the news is positive, but I am not expecting any sort of sizable jump in share price. Actions are showing us all we need to see IMO.

I intended on issuing a letter today but Ms. Melton has been working with the team to close a major debt reduction deal that will eliminate almost $400,000 from the company's debt load.

We both felt it best for that deal to close on Monday before we issue any other updates.

Things are going well. Exciting times!

Interim CEO put out on X that they are closing a $400k debt reduction deal on Monday so they are delaying the CEO letter until Tuesday after the deal closes. Source of this info from Discord screenshot
