They mentioned an 8k a few weeks ago, but never did file it. Hopefully, you're right about tomorrow. I know removing all toxic noteholders was a big push for them before any merger happening.

Big news Eminent....my foot! The only big news I see at this point is an RS, or one of the remaining actors from "Different Strokes" signing on to the company for God only knows. I know maybe they're in negotiations with 18 different AI companies now, yeah that's it! Or they're going to cancel 90% of the OS shares, yeah maybe that's it. When are they going to lie to us again? I've been in there since January when they announced possible AI merger with two different companies, and in the last 90 days........crickets. I know it's an OTC company, but geez just do one thing you say you're going to do. At this point I am from state of Missouri.... And that is the"Show me" state! In case anybody is wondering.

Not saying you're wrong, but the "something big" sentiment has been going on for a while now, and yet nothing has materialized. I understand things take time, just becoming less and less confident about "something big" happening with each passing day.

If it were going to make a big jump, we'd be seeing far more volume than what is trading today. I truly hope the news is positive, but I am not expecting any sort of sizable jump in share price. Actions are showing us all we need to see IMO.
