Correction of the Number of Shares being Issued under Company
Performance Share Plan
NWF Group plc ('NWF' or 'the Group'), the specialist distributor
of fuel, food and feed across the UK, announces a correction to the
announcement released on the 31 July 2018 in relation to the number
of shares being issued in respect of awards made under the
plan.
The number of shares being issued has been corrected from 88,920
to 89,920.
Following Admission, NWF's total issued share capital will be
48,750,440 shares and not 48,733,540 shares as announced yesterday.
There are no shares held in treasury.
