GBGroup announces that Dave Wilson, the Group Finance & Operations Director, has today purchased a total of 24,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 145 pence per share.

Following this notification, Mr Wilson has a beneficial holding of 365,035 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
