Long Term Incentive Plan Awards
CVS, the UK's leading provider of integrated veterinary
services, announces that on 12 October 2018 it made a grant of
awards over the Company's ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each
("Ordinary Shares") under the CVS Group Long Term Incentive Plan
2017 ("LTIP") to certain Directors and employees to subscribe for
187,114 Ordinary Shares (the "Options"). The awards to Directors
are detailed in the table below:

The awards will vest in three years' time subject to certain
performance criteria related to earnings per share growth over a
three-year performance period between 1 July 2018 and 30 June 2021
