The SEC realizes these psychopaths have been criminally manipulating AXXA's PPS lower and lower over the last few years.
Forcing AXXA to fund its projects by means other than stock sales.

Once the SEC locates all of the accounts these AXXA Basher criminals/psychopaths are using to manipulate AXXA's PPS.
And freeze them. AXXA'S PPS will recover to over a dollar. Where it should be. Eventually trading between $5 and $20.

From tonight on X : Regarding the buyback, while we haven't specified an exact timeline, it involves several steps including account setups obtaining permissions allocating capital etc. Ultimately, a lower PPS means more shares can be repurchased once everything is in place. #Exxe is actively reducing debt, streamlining operations, and enhancing profitability by developing assets and reorganizing. The share buyback is a key part of our plan and will be executed according to our strategic timeline that will also have updates in upcoming disclosures.

AXXA is a holding company....no obligation to reveal anything about the subsidiaries, even to shareholders, unless it highlights accomplishments of the company.

Exxe is working with Fruci to complete the audit as soon as possible. Completion is ultimately dictated by the timeline of the auditor, not by the timeline of company.

It doesn’t take long for a audit with the entire company. All I know is they wanted an audit on a small business out of 28 companies. And the costs wouldn’t be gigantic either. SMH

Only problem with that thinking is the company said they are adding quality businesses which means they are still acquiring.
If they said they quit adding quality businesses so they could pay off their debt I would almost believe them.

If they keep growing at the rate they are now, they'll have very little debt and will be able to buy shares back on the open market.

Several people here claim to be submitting their take on the company, but the SEC tells people up front that those submitting stuff to the SEC will NEVER get any feedback on whether they are taking any action nor even feedback to the people filing complaints.

IOW, anyone claiming the SEC is doing something about AXXA, is just blowing smoke.

There is no indication the SEC has put any action on this company...just another conspiracy theory

Then went onto say they found a way to buyback over the summer of 2019

Well nothing transpired from what they stated.
And here we are years later.

They (AXXA) to my recollection have never bought back shares after they said they would. The board said they have done this twice (most likely to put a little push upward in their stock price) with no intention of delivering on it.

We wouldn't need luck if they were honest and followed thru with their claims of buy backs and audits, unfortunately this is not the case.
