AVEVA Group plc ('AVEVA' or 'the Group'), a global leader in
engineering and industrial software, will be holding its Annual
General Meeting ('AGM') today at 9.30 a.m. AVEVA will not be
providing a trading update ahead of the AGM as in previous years,
because it expects to provide a trading update to coincide with
Schneider Electric's results on 26 July.
