On March 26, 2014, Twitter, Inc.
(Twitter) announced two new mobile features involving uploading
photos. The Company stated that the first feature is photo tagging,
allowing Twitter users to tag other users in their photo, and with
this function, users can tag up to 10 people in a picture, not
affecting the 140 character limit in the Tweet. Twitter added that
another feature is the ability to upload up to four photos in one
Tweet, and uploading a series of photos automatically creates a

registered follow-on public offering of American depositary shares

added that the selling shareholders have granted the underwriters a
