Mike, tx for your thoughts, information is very hard to come by, it's only a lousy 18 million, yet no one knows which billion-dollar company will pay. I was about 775 thousand shares short of being able to vote. The future of Cyber Fuels is very bright. One day things will be very clear, just not yet.

Even if people know, they wouldn't be posting it publicly. Ever hear of inside information?? We all.know multiple posters have Mills and Lawrence phone numbers but they'd be silly to tell a shareholder anything like that without NDA. What actual "DD" and analysis does the bull case bring to the board ?? 1 guess.

CBRF has announce MOU with Mabanaft on how best to develop the land. That's all you'll get.

Some may not like how I portray things but isn't it obvious by now that this whole thing doesn't happen til big names everyone knows come to the table to make it happen ?? I've been saying it for 4 years. Has CBRF even remotely done or announced anything beyond a JV that would indicate working on other options to pay it ??? Developed a revenue stream to support it ??? If you think about it, all the bull case does is say the same thing in a much more rosy fashion.

This is the petroleum industry. Dominated by a handful of companies. Stuff happens in their industry when they want it to happen.

The $18 million is trivial to those companies. Lawrence has stated a couple times he expects to contribute the land and businesses to a JV. CBRF purchase and booking somewhere around $35 million for the deal. So you could expect that JV gets those assets for which a partner contributes cash and expertise. There is your $18 million .... and I'd prolly bet on more to take Lorton estate out of the picture. Hell i would refinance the whole thing under the JV with a normal lender and take the cash back out to start building. The issue for you and me is "%" retained by CBRF and who controlling the JV. In betting terms, Mills is trying to "parlay" the purchase of the land into a continuing bigger win. JV is second stage of the bet.

Once a JV is done the door is open to just about anything you can imagine. The partner will know everyone in the industry and vice versa lending immediate credibility to the project. Contracts wouldnt be difficult to obtain.

More fuel services are desired in the region but the impact of these 2 hurricanes could impact long term growth. Many will rebuild , many wont or cant and will leave. That is the only thing that gives me pause at the moment. Of course new terminal, potentially with self sustaining power capability would be big winner for the area. Some initial fuel shortages were due to power outages at terminals after the storm.

So, you and everyone else basically has no choice but to wait if you believe the deal is ongoing. You know what this company is and that they dont tell shareholders diddly.

I'm still in the camp that a deal is brewing. Stated many times and hasn't changed. That is my personal opinion based on my own DD some of which I have shared here on the board. Am I right ? I'd know until there is ink on paper. So for the time being I continue to wait.

I think by now all the shareholders understand what we own, we also understand the 18-million-dollar ballon payment is a big piece of the hurdles to get things started. Does anyone else know who is paying the 18 million dollars? It's a question not a test. I don't expect Dshade to answer or he would of. Instead he handled the spade in the dirt question. I said once before I believe Mabanaft would handle the 18 million, anybody else curious? i understand if nobody wants to answer because nobody knows except maybe the shareholders with enough shares to vote would know the answer. If someone other than Mabanaft is paying, why are we waiting another month for Mabanaft?

Just thinking out loud - I wonder if there is a red herring involved? Yes, I have been heavily involved in an ipo, secondary offering, mergers & acquisitions, as well as system conversions - well versed in the finance area. So quiet periods are the norm in several of these areas. Patience is the key. Remember, take a look at the stock ticker LNG - that took several years to put together, build out the terminal etc... Blessings to all.

I doubt we’ll hear anything til November…which is fine. But I don’t know anything, except I’m talking too much and being too hard on my friend…he’s giving us some very valuable and thought provoking stuff and I’m highlighting the negatives…

Time for me to slink back into the shadows again…maybe find another adventure. We’re going to be very happy here in short order.

I wish it was clear, anything was clear. NOTHING is clear with this company. Delay after delay with very little news of worth - NOTHING is clear. If it was clear, ANYTHING was clear, and the news was good - this stock would take off.

Be careful what you say there bud, about short sightedness and petty ramblings…you have contributed to some misinformation yourself as far as calling out things happening and false time frames…too many to count. I’m just saying some of what you are calling short sightedness could be a result of that. You have set yourself up as someone who has a good insight as to what’s going on here, which makes your misses stand out all the more. Some have no other outlet than this board, and it is NOT just a source of entertainment for them. Let’s all just try and be as positive as we can, knowing we’re all in the same boat.

Cut the crap Katie…they haven’t called off the deal and you know it…and their price is 8 plus million shares…your shtick is old and tired.

We are assuming that Lorton hasn’t called off the deal because they haven’t been paid. And I sure if they are accepting the delay it’s for a price.

I'm not sure why the normal shareholders are not allowed to know which big company you are referring to. If it's not a concern to the seller or to our company, just tell us who it is. I'm just trying to understand if that makes anyone nervous, I'm sorry in advance. I don't have enough shares to vote yet. I always thought Mabanaft would be the company to pay the 18 million maybe I'm wrong. Didn't mean to make anyone nervous just curious to learn who will pay.

Because the 18 mil is not a concern to the seller or us, only to those that don't see the bigger picture and those trying to make people nervous. It is clear that one of the partners is folding this payment into the larger deal and gaining a percentage.

That sentiment is prevalent and understandable. This CEO chose to go for it in a big way when presented this once in a lifetime opportunity. It is about to pay off. You made a good investment.

Iget it... My resources are tapped out and frustrated because of it...

Realize why the former Mabanaft, and other fuel companies, exec became our COO. He has been running some of the largest fuel terminals in the world.
Recognize that very large companies take their time and know a valuable asset's location when they see and visit it over 2 years. Then ponder why a former Fidelity exec came out of retirement to join this company. The real introspective angle that most do not get is that there are a few big players that will be in this unique location and that some of them are much larger than the others. They all obviously know each other and have business relationships. Perhaps some want to be the only player in the mix and others might be willing to work on the larger project. On top of all that, each one has tested our product in various ways and all of them want to utilize it amongst their various large scale client list. Do not let the short sighted and petty ramblings on a message board distract you from the reason you chose to buy CBRF.

Anyone figure we'll here any announcements prior to nov 15 I kind of imagined CBRF would keep the additives separate from the JV and therefor would be able to announce contracts as they are signed ??? Thoughts ???

almost a full year since closing on the land. Yeah, we are not going to see anything substantial in our lifetime are we? Takes a year to sign some papers. Will take 2 years to get a build out (the statement of having something in 2025 is WAY off if it takes this long just to sign contracts).

I wonder if that date was set before or after the last update we got a couple days ago.

Anyway, it's something promising to look forward to. 🤞
