ICTY can't do a reverse split because it was not current at the time of the Form 15 filing. To get FINRA to process the reverse split, they would have to go back and submit missing SEC filings (10Q's & 10K's), which is impossible. It was a long time ago and many years of missing filings from the previous company. If they really want FINRA to approve anything, they could submit a Form 10 with 2 years of financials. For now, they would have to find a merger candidate that is okay with the current share structure and doesn't want a reverse split.

Why can't they, they have never had one, none listed on OTCMarkets.

Me too. Sold one at .0002 and saw it run to 26 cents. 2 million dollar mistake. The ticker is MJ__. I also know someone who watched it go up and did not sell a share. That ticker is now dead with a CE.

That was for CareX Blockchain. They already abandoned plans to merge into ICTY a long time ago when FINRA wouldn't process the RS and name & symbol change.

What ICTY needs now is a merger candidate who's okay with the current share structure, since they can't do a RS.
