How do you know it is Mabanaft dragging their feet ? According to PR, Mabanaft put offer on the table so the ball would seemingly be in CBRF's court.

TKO is consistent. so is slug n' enemigo. if a drive by head count survey were ever taken....how many have taken the time to actually drive by where the action is taking place. or....visited palm gardens? i know of the few but, the very few. i would think puter investors would realize that drones are cheap. of course the puter queens would have to leave their comfy puter chairs. they have as much regard for the company IR as they have for ''real'' investors and i put 'real' at more than 20k and just breaking a million shares. attacking the educators, predictors and flippers seems to be the only thing they agree upon.

Mike, Thanks for the response, the only thing that makes sense is PRO-LIFE pleaded for the stock to remain dirt cheap and Cyber Fuels Genie granted his wish. Mabanaft not getting a PR by now makes you wonder --WHY ?

I will readily admit that I don't have answers. Those questions are for Ron Mills only and only company personnel would know. The contingencies and approvals required weren't offered in the PR. The only thing I would offer .... in my opinion ..... FDEP (at the very minimum) has to sign off on redevelopment parameters on the main terminal property.

Call IR is hilarious. IR is a paid flunky for nothing more than shielding Ron Mills from investors. IR knows zero beyond what Ron Mills wants to tell him. What's IR doing to attract investors to the company ? Any roadshows ? Company presentations ? ROFLMAO. Mills could grow a pair and talk to investors but that's reserved for those slurping up his koolaid and providing money.

And let's face it ... CBRF doesn't communicate ANYTHING worth a hill of beans. And no shit ..... you don't talk about ongoing negotiations. The problem here is Ron Mills can't communicate the simplest of things .... and these days ... pretty sure there's no communications so that investors don't know or have a running tally of how many times Mills doesn't get the job done. =) So don't say anything ... even things that are publicly available. =)

I'm still of the opinion that a deal is working here. Have not changed that thinking.

I guess this answer is as good as any, the confusion lies with Mabanaft being a minority partner, and not one mention ever of any other company. The company sure hasn't done much to clear up the confusion.

This is still the case but now in the decision phase. Let the legal teams and companies finish up their work. The timing will be perfect to commence the builout. Probably one city presentation by the legal team they mentioned in the PR and off to the races with whomever they go with.

May 8th 2025, Cyber Fuels received a non-binding contract from Mabanaft contingent on certain conditions. Obtaining all necessary regulatory and management approvals. So what's the hold up? Seems obvious some of the regulatory conditions are not met. Mike does this sound about right?

Based on current chart analysis, I anticipate the stock will test resistance in the mid-$0.50s in the coming days, even without a news-based catalyst. Following that, a pullback to the support level in the mid-to-upper $0.40s is likely. I project this consolidation pattern will persist until a significant Press Release is issued, which I hope will be this month. Once the expected news arrives, I believe it will trigger a substantial breakout. We would all be making money and paying for cars if only we knew Lawrence would never deliver a single contract of the additive in 5 years. I don't pay any attention to what I read from Oracle and his devout followers. All I want to see is a press release about something that's happening. Not going to happen. Barring that, I'll take a Shareholders Letter. Both are long overdue. Unless of course there's no news or anything to update us on.

Bill thought there might be a press release put out not on the week of the 4th of July as the Oracle said but the week after, Well, it's the week after that now and still nothing. No wonder the stock is in distress. Maybe if people weren't expecting so much, it would have held the 60 cent level. I can imagine what will happen if we hear nothing by August.

Wondering what all the talk about MacDill and jet fuel is ... and CBRF COO knowing everyone on base. LOL. Irrelevant. Don't matter if COO knows Joint Chiefs and/or the head of the DLA or everyone on base at MacDill. CBRF don't have a contract with the DLA. Don't have a terminal.

In fact ..... there is a new pipeline being built from the Chevron Terminal to DFSP Tampa and non competitive bid SOLE SOURCE contract that DLA is doing with Chevron for JET A fuel supply. Of course Chevron would be a qualified petroleum company that could ensure the military is supplied as needed with Jet A. (500,000 barrels annually). New pipeline to DFSP Tampa is from the Chevron Terminal at 5500 Commerce Street .... which is right next to the CBRF "terminal" property ..... is in the process of starting the build and is due completion June 2026. There are permits for it already.

The one good thing for CBRF would be that presumably ..... more fuel deliveries to Chevron Terminal to support this DLA supply contract which ... again presumably .... would mean an increase in the canal fees to CBRF. See look .. .a positive. So there could certainly be a benefit to CBRF starting some time next year ... however not the benefit that is insinuated by posts here that CBRF would be supplying jet fuel to MacDill. Chevron will be single source supplier to DFSP Tampa (MacDill) for Jet A mid next year. It could certainly be possible for Chevron to become a CBRF customer ...... contracting for additional storage space to support this contract on a terminal that is still on the drawing board. And were the CBRF terminal built to be able to withstand a potential catastrophic event ..... Chevron contracting with CBRF for some storage space would certainly make sense and be beneficial for them to prove the ability to provide an uninterrupted supply as is necessary with these type DLA contracts. But only time will tell on that. Need CBRF to get on the with the deals necessary to support terminal buildout and then we can see if CBRF gets a piece of the supply chain involving this.

And of course .... why don't I just post the evidence so we can dispel any BS floating around about CBRF supplying DFSP Tampa (which supports MacDill and other gov't installations) and who the COO knows. Chevron will be single source supplier of Jet A to MacDill next year ... not CBRF.

And lastly ... pretty funny ... the pic posted of the terminal area with MacDill in the pic ... the terminal labels are wrong ... LOL .... the one labeled "Global" is actually the Chevron terminal (is even labeled Chevron in blue) ... and obviously the other is the "Global" terminal. But hey ..... simple mistake.
