Goldman Sachs Increases Voting Rights in Wirecard

Wirecard AG (WDI.XE) said Monday that Goldman Sachs Group Inc.
(GS) now holds 6.87% of the voting rights in the German
payment-processing company.
The U.S. bank now holds 6.87% of voting rights directly and
indirectly, up from 1.72%, the German company said in accordance
with German disclosure laws. Of this, 0.26% is attached to
shares.
Shares in Wirecard have been on a rollercoaster since the FT
reported on alleged misconduct at the company's Asian operations in
January, and have lost roughly 14% so far this year.
