DWS Defense Systems, Inc. Demonstrates Effectiveness of Its Glass Products Against the Actions of Terrorists HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., Nov. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DWS Defense Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of DataWorld Solutions, Inc. (PinkSheets: DWLD) yesterday demonstrated the effectiveness of its glass products at the Westside Rifle and Pistol Range in New York City. The formal product demonstration opened with a presentation by former NYC Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik, a member of the DWS Defense Systems Advisory Board, who discussed world-wide issues related to terrorist's activities and the need to protect the lives of people and resources from the actions of such terrorists. Immediately following Commissioner Kerik's presentation, a retired NYC police officer proceeded to fire several rounds of Magnum 44 mm caliber bullets into our strategic partner, Gaffco Ballistics', bullet resistant 1-1/4 inch UL Rated Level 3 Poly Carbonate "glass" sample and several rounds of Type 233 caliber bullets into Gaffco Ballistics' 2-1/2 inch UL Rated Level 8 Glass Clad sample designed to resist bullet penetration and to be blast resistant for up to 100 lbs. of TNT at a 50 feet stand-up distance. In all instances, Gaffco Ballistics' glass products withstood the impact of the multiple bullets, did not shatter, and prevented the bullets from penetrating through their outer rear surfaces. The results of the demonstration proved the effectiveness of the glass products and their ability to save lives and protect resources. The well attended demonstration led by DWS Defense Systems CEO Daniel McPhee included DWS Advisory Board members, DWS strategic teaming partners, local business leaders, potential investors, and members of the print and broadcast media. At the conclusion of the demonstration Mr. McPhee said, "The use of these types of products in safety and security applications and systems will serve to save lives and help to deter the horrendous actions of terrorists throughout the world."
