Would missing the "best year ever" prognosis make you a liar? Would you have "egg all over" your face? Would it be fair to label you as "moronic"?

Is the market open today, yes.
Hard to tell though.

I'm of the opinion that with all the obstacles and barriers DBMM had overcome were some of the best catalyst in the OTC that would have should have moved the share price up but it really didn't behave normally.

Sure a merger announcement buyout reverse merger into another profitable company would have sailed the price north with ease, DBMM with the great catalyst they overcome any OTC trader could have traded and to expect some movement to make money on has not happened here with DBMM.

Theres a choke hold on DBMM and many other stocks but clearly DBMM is manipulated and that's not going to change with some good new revenue or a good update..........a choke hold is happening here and it is what it is.

Krombacher points this out clearly why.

Time is on my side and I find DBMM worth any traders time to check it out.

DBMM and the other companies were carefully selected as Enforcement hadn’t adhered to Chinese Wall and tried access info only available to adjudication and the Commission. Enforcement overreached in every one of the 42 companies Dismissed.

I said right from the moment DBMM was cleared from the OIP - Fine! Now it is TOTALLY on DBMM to produce. That was 21 MONTHS ago and we have not seen a single quarter of "growth". Almost TWO YEARS of non-SEC interference and DBMM has signed on a SINGLE client in Autin, TX - over a year ago now (I believe). In fact, they have LOST clients and revenue in that time frame and at the same time have added greatly to the debt.

There's certainly been no "growth" through acquiring any other companies. And there's been no growth in expanding out DBMM's "presence" to other cities in the U.S. (as promised), nor any more growth to any other places in the world (promises to grow into the UAE and Asia have not been realized either).

You intimate that DBMM's "growth" is being muted "due to manipulated trading, short suppression, and dark pool games", but in reality, there has been ZERO growth to "recognize"!

DBMM is not stagnating because of the reasons YOU state! It's stagnating because the company is doing NOTHING.

The final letter that let around 49 companies off the proverbial OIP "hook" stated that it was all done because of an "internal error" at the SEC. Everyone reading this knows that is the truth. We know why longs don't point to any DBMM "accomplishments"! That's because there is very little "accomplishment" to point to.

Besides what happened two years ago, when the CE was removed and the OIP dropped? What have they accomplished?

The stock price is still sub-penny.
The company has done nothing but go further into debt.
The company has not made a single dollar of profit in any year (14 years of operation with Digital Clarity as their subsidiary).
They have only managed to sign on a single client in almost 22 months of SEC free operations. ONE client.
One of the vaunted "partners" they aligned with (1ovmany) went out of business three month later.
The other "partner" in Irvine CA (a practically defunct company of an employee) has shown no promise, adding zero dollars to the bottom line.

The only thing DBMM has done is jump through enough paperwork "hoops", to insure it could keep trading. That was two years ago! As far as how the business has gone? It has been a total failure to date. If not for the constant quarterly cash infusions (loans adding to the debt every quarter), DBMM would have dried up and blown away long ago!

And no one should forget why it had to jump through all these hoops! It is because Linda Perry decided to make a conscious decision to not file the required financial filings! For years in fact!

I would guess that any newcomers to this board would draw the following conclusions:

1. DBMM's financial numbers highlight the fact that the business is not doing well. Current performance will not cause a rise in share price.
2. DBMM longs are not concerned that DBMM is not doing well, they are not here for that. They are here for a squeeze play.
3. The squeeze play is based upon a naked short position that has never been confirmed by any FACTUAL content.
4. This alleged huge naked short position has never been mentioned by any DBMM company officer. The company has done ZERO to expose such a position.
5. The squeeze play was supposed to have happened years ago, when DBMM became tradeable again. But it never materialized.
6. Longs here have been searching for other situations that might accelerate this squeeze play. For YEARS. So far, many have been suggested. None have worked to date.

These are the facts. Looking at these facts, it is understandable why not many invest in DBMM.

Lets not fool ourselves here we trade pinky's because of the forward looking catalyst that once upon a time that's what moved the share price up, yes then they drop again, mostly.

DBMM has had many very strong catalyst to return to trading and those catalyst didn't move the price up, leaves a person to think manipulation nefarious actors have something to do with it..................like what you done to the place.
