"A positive relationship with fitness is the key to sustainable
health, and there is no better way to build one than by working
with individuals and companies within the surrounding community to
provide events like Healthy Neighbors Fest," says Ashley Mentzer, owner, Thrive Fit Co.
"We hope area residents will join us at Healthy Neighbors Fest
and take a few minutes to learn CPR and how to use an AED
(defibrillator). Providing community members with these lifesaving

with a cardiac emergency. Working together, we are protecting

Walker, executive director, The Peyton Walker
Foundation.
"Whether it's stopping in at True Value to get free health
screenings with UPMC Pinnacle, donating blood in the bloodmobile,
learning self-defense tips, or trying a yoga session at the Fitness
Park, together we're taking steps to greater health," says Jordan
III.
