Vatukoula Announces Resignation of Non-Executive Director

The Board of Directors of Vatukoula (AIM: VGM) today announces that John MacPherson has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Director of the Company and will resign from the Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Mr. MacPherson has served as a non-executive director of VGM since 2009. John's colleagues on the Board would like to extend their gratitude and appreciation for his contribution to the Company and we wish him every good fortune in his future endeavours.
