Unicorn AIM VCT plc (the "Company")
Results of Annual General Meeting
The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed
at the Annual General Meeting held today, 12 January 2017, were
approved by Shareholders on a show of hands. The final dividend of
6.25 pence per share in respect of the financial year ended 30
September 2016 will be paid to Shareholders on 3 February 2017.
As previously announced Mr James Grossman stood down at the
conclusion of the meeting and therefore is no longer a Director of
the Company.
