Transaction in own shares and total voting rights

SCISYS PLC confirms that on 26 January 2017 it purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 110 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction") to be held in treasury by the Company.

Following the Transaction, the issued share capital of the Company remains at 29,086,075 of which 108,731 are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company, excluding Treasury shares will therefore be 28,977,344 (the "Figure").

The Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
