SerVision approved as supplier to major UK airport

Update on UK expansion plans

SerVision, a leader in mobile live video streaming over wireless and cellular networks, is pleased to announce that after the completion of successful trials the Company has been chosen by Gatwick Airport Limited ("Gatwick Airport"), owner and operator of the UK's second busiest airport, to supply its live mobile CCTV systems and monthly data services to enhance, secure and protect the mobile assets of the airfield operations. Gatwick Airport has an approximate fleet size of 300 vehicles. An initial purchase order valued at approximately GBP20,000 has been placed by Gatwick Airport for the installation of MVG400 units in 12 vehicles in the airport's airfield operations.

SerVision is a leader in the design and manufacture of digital mobile video recording equipment which incorporate live streaming over wireless and cellular networks. At the core of its technology is advanced video compression which has been optimised to provide the best available video streaming quality over cellular and other low bandwidth networks.

The order with Gatwick Airport is the first to be undertaken by SerVision's new UK-based management team which will be providing commercial and technical support to UK-based companies. The Company intends to open a UK office, located in Manchester, in the near future.

The Company is also pleased to announce that it has appointed Gary Higham as Managing Director (UK) of SerVision, a non-board position. Gary has 20 years' experience in the security, telematics and fleet management industry with extensive experience rolling out integrated solutions and recurring revenue business models with blue chip clients in the UK. As announced on 30 June 2015, the Company has also selected a technical adviser who will work with Gary to oversee all sales and marketing activities as well as provide technical support to UK customers as the Company develops its exposure to the UK market.

The recurring revenue model in the UK for the monthly data services will offer a full end-to-end integrated solution allowing clients to save on overall costs while at the same time providing SerVision with increased margins.

Gideon Tahan, Chairman and CEO, stated, "I am extremely pleased that Gatwick Airport has formally approved SerVision as an official supplier and chosen our unique solutions to enhance its operations. Additionally I am confident that having a direct presence in the UK will facilitate sustained growth and many new opportunities going forward."
