The company is selling 12,500,000 shares, and 14,000,000 shares will be sold by existing stockholders. Refco has granted the underwriters an option to purchase from Refco within the next thirty days up to an additional 3,975,000 shares at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any.
