BOARD CHANGE

Mitie Group plc ("Mitie") announces that the Board today has accepted the resignation of Mitie's Chief Financial Officer, Paul Woolf. Paul joined Mitie in November 2017 and it is expected that he will leave on 28 January 2020. He has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of CPA Global, the world's leading intellectual property management and technology company which was acquired for GBP2.4bn in 2017 by Leonard Green Partners and will take up his post in February 2020.

Mitie's Chairman, Derek Mapp, commented

"Paul has been hugely supportive in the turn-around of Mitie, bringing in new financial disciplines and helping restore investor confidence. He will be much missed, but we wish him well in his new challenge"

The appointment of Paul's successor will be the subject of a further announcement.
