Results of Annual General Meeting held on 27 July 2021
Motorpoint, the UK's leading independent omni-channel vehicle
retailer announces that, at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held
on 27 July 2021, all of the Resolutions as set out in the AGM
Notice were approved by way of a poll vote by shareholders, the
results of which are set out below.
As at 10.00 am on 23 July 2021, the number of issued ordinary
GBP0.01 shares of the Company was 90,189,885. This represents the
total number of shares entitling the holders to attend and vote for
or against all resolutions. 62,431,952 proxy votes were received
representing 69.2% of the issued share capital of Motorpoint.
Details of the votes received on each resolution by Motorpoint's
Registrar are set out below. Full text of all of the resolutions is
