Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006

Announcement of cancellation of listing of ordinary shares

On 23 May 2019, the boards of A&J Mucklow Group plc (Mucklow) and LondonMetric Property plc (LondonMetric) announced that they had reached agreement on the terms of a recommended offer by LondonMetric for the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Mucklow (the Combination) to be effected by means of a scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 (the Scheme).

Further to the announcements made by Mucklow yesterday, 27 June 2019, that the Scheme had become Effective in accordance with its terms and that the admission of Mucklow Ordinary Shares to the Premium Segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities (together, the Admissions) had been suspended with effect from 7.30 a.m. on such date, Mucklow confirms that the Admissions have been cancelled with effect from 8.00 a.m. today.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the scheme document sent to Mucklow Shareholders on 30 May 2019 (the Scheme Document).
