Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Mincon Group plc (ESM:MIO AIM:MCON), the Irish engineering group specialising in the design, manufacture, sale and servicing of rock drilling tools and associated products, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 and Notice of AGM has been posted to Shareholders today and will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.mincon.com.

The Company's AGM will be held on Friday, 28 April 2017 at 10.00 a.m. in Park Inn by Radisson, Shannon, Ireland. The Notice of AGM contains details of all resolutions to be proposed at the AGM.

As previously announced by the Company on 4 November 2016, The Chairman, Mr. Padraig McManus, has indicated he will not seek re-election as a Director at the AGM, and the Board has asked Mr. Patrick Purcell, a Non-Executive Director, to assume the role of Chairman on an interim basis until a new Chairman is appointed by the Company in due course.
