LLOY Lloyds Banking Group Plc

LONDON--NBNK Investments PLC (NBNK.LN) said Friday that Wilbur Ross has resigned as a non executive director and chairman of the company with immediate effect.

The company said Mr. Ross resigned to comply with European Central Bank rules on board appointments. Mr. Ross has accepted an appointment as a director of Bank of Cyprus (BOCY.CP).

NBNK Investments was formed to acquire assets that were being divested by the Lloyds Banking Group (LLOY.LN).

Shares of NBNK Investments at 1222 GMT trading flat at 39 pence
