Work Group plc (LSE - AIM: "WORK") announces that it has today posted to shareholders notice of the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM") to be held at 11.00 am on 6 September 2016 at the offices of Laytons Solicitors LLP, 2 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AP. The Notice of AGM is also available on the Company's website www.workgroupplc.com.

The Company intends to publish its audited report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 later this week.
