Impax Environmental Markets plc announces that on 27 November 2015 it purchased 785,000 of its own ordinary shares in the market at a price of 153.0p per share. These shares will be cancelled.

Following this share re-purchase, the Company's issued share capital will be 259,357,373 ordinary shares. The Company will be holding 45,698,109 of these shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company will be 213,659,264.
