Chief Financial Officer Appointment
Polypipe Group plc ("Polypipe" or the "Group"), a leading
manufacturer of plastic piping and ventilation systems for the
residential, commercial, civils and infrastructure sectors, is
pleased to announce the appointment of Paul James as Chief
Financial Officer and a member of the Polypipe Board on or before 2
April 2018. Paul succeeds Martin Payne, who will assume the role of
Chief Executive Officer on 2 October 2017, as previously announced
on 24 May 2017. Martin will continue to oversee the Group finance
function until Paul joins.
Paul has served as Group Financial Controller of Dixons Carphone
plc since 2014, and prior to this role he held the position of
Group Financial Controller and Treasury Director of Inchcape plc
and senior financial positions at British American Tobacco plc. He
is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England
and Wales.
Martin Payne, Chief Executive Officer Designate, said:
