Correction to Prospectus

GCP Asset Backed Income, which invests in asset backed loans, announces that the prospectus published by the Company on 20 January 2016 included information stating that Premier Asset Managers held 9,893,334 ordinary shares as at 31 December 2016. The correct name of the entity holding those shares as at that date is Premier Fund Managers Limited.
