Proposed issuance of EUR50m Tier 2 subordinated notes fully subscribed

FBD Insurance today successfully agreed to issue EUR50,000,000 of new Callable Dated Deferrable Subordinated Notes due 2028 (the "New Notes"). The agreed coupon for the New Notes is 5.0%.

Goodbody Stockbrokers UC, trading as Goodbody, acted as Sole Lead Manager in respect of the transaction.
