The MC is normally some multiple of revenues, 5 multiple is conservative, 3 is very conservative. So potentially the MC could be $12.5 X 5 = $62.5M or $12.5 X 3 = $37.5M. This doesn't even include the real estate component and partnership with UK Kiosks.
