Will SBFM be on the Nasdaq delisting list soon? They aren't on the list as of April 25th (see link) but looks like the have failed miserably to meet the listing requirements, and burned a lot of investors by this failure.

They did a reverse split.

That can’t be correct; just 2 funds alone reported beneficial ownership of over 15 million shares in February this year.

I honestly think they did it on purpose. They got to Nasdaq and uplisted - took enough money from shareholders to buy Nora - now dumping and doing whatever they can to get back to the otc - where they can live in the sewers with little regulation and a ton of dilution.

They got their Nora off shareholders now dumping the shareholders and back to the otc where they can operate under shady circumstances a lot easier than on the Nasdaq.

What a monumentally stupid thing to do, diluting the crap out of this stock before making it through the 10 trading day compliance period.

The last published O/S was just under 1M shares. They’ve traded almost 9M shares, and it appears to be dilution. If they’ve been diluting this stock when they needed to maintain their NASDAQ listing by keeping the bid above $1 for 10 days, they’ve screwed up royally.

Is it an automatic delisting in this dips below $1 today ?

My concern is

Aegis will use the repriced warrants to cover after making their profits by naked shorting from the top to the warrant repriced bottom

Alot easier for them to make money on the way down

Look at $UCAR

Same repriced cashless warrants and it never bounced because the hedge funds made their money on the way down and have no motivation to move pps back up

Retail is left holding the bag with an OS much much larger than post RS
