I agree, I'm not sure if they finalized deals on being the full manufacturing supplier of Europe for the high speed train company, or the solar company. Those were some open ended deals in regard to communication. Guessing they couldn't or wouldnt discuss since the merger never finalized late spring, but they've stated that clients have increased orders. I'm not exactly sure who their clients are. Need some DD there. Next period ending is 12/31, so nearly 2 months of numbers from MTAG in the next Q. Until then, need to hear about current and new clients.

Name change? No name change is happening. GRP alliance llc was set up to merge with MTAG. Now that it was accomplished, the LLC was changed to tiderock. Name and ticker are not changing. They filed the Q a few days ago, late. I thought they were PC, but they are limited. They need to get back to current. I believe they can do that with just an attorney letter, unless otcm is looking for an ammendment in the Q.

I think we are waiting on name change and then a financial report.

If I recall their annual rev was $25m which should put us around .30 with no multiple.
