Cobham Completes Divestment of AvComm and Wireless Test and Measurement Businesses for US$455m

Cobham has completed the divestment of its AvComm and Wireless test and measurement businesses to Viavi Solutions Inc. As previously announced in February 2018, this is for an all-cash consideration of US$455m (subject to certain post-completion adjustments and expenses).
