Following this transaction the Company's issued share capital consists of 42,535,035 Income shares and 34,277,037 Growth shares, of which 430,000 Income shares and nil Growth shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc is 42,105,035 Income shares and 34,277,037 Growth shares.
