    BKN today announced that it has appointed the following licensing and merchandising agents to market its properties.

    *     Merchantwise Pty Ltd will represent Dork Hunters from Outer Space in Australia and New Zealand.
    *     Spacetoon International will represent Zorro- Generation Z in the Middle East.
    *     Medialink will represent Zorro- Generation Z in South Asia.
    *     Zero A Oito will represent Zorro- Generation Z in Portugal.
    *     Doce will represent Zorro- Generation Z in Chile.
    *     Kidz Entertainment A/S will represent both Zorro- Generation Z and Dork Hunters from Outer Space in Eastern Europe and Russia.
    *     Black and White will represent Zorro- Generation Z in Greece.
    *     ITC Licensing will represent both Zorro- Generation Z and Dork Hunters from Outer Space in Brasil.

    The BKN executives in its owned and operated offices of Cologne, London, Barcelona and NY handle all such services internally in those
countries.

    Nicola Andrews, Managing Director of BKN New Media Ltd in London states:"We will continue to appoint quality agents in all markets where
we do not have our own offices on the ground in order to expand our services and reach. Dork Hunters from Outer Space will begin broadcast
on GMTV here in the UK this Sunday, 17th August, and the toys will launch this fall. We have already commissioned and produced Season II for
2009."

    Laura Tapias, Managing Director of BKN New Media SL in Barcelona add: "We are holding a Licensee Workshop next Tuesday 20th August in
San Paolo, Brasil and will present all facets of Zorro- Generation Z including the full toy line from Gulliver.  Zorro- Generation Z will
begin airing in many key markets later this year and the toys will begin rolling out early in 2009. Season II in High Definition will be
available in fall 2009."
