Amerisur, the oil and gas producer and explorer focused on Colombia, announces that Nick Harrison, Chief Financial Officer of Amerisur, has transferred 4,311,459 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company to The Abbstone One Discretionary Trust, a trust of which Nick Harrison's family are beneficiaries.

Following the transfer, Nick Harrison retains 2,148,693 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company. This includes shares directly owned by Nick Harrison and shares directly owned by Westleigh Investment Holdings Limited, a company in which Nick Harrison has an interest.
