    Results of Meetings

    The Board of Addworth plc (AIM: ADW) announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting, held on
30 June 2008, were passed.

    The Board also advises that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's General Meeting, also held on 30 June 2008 following
the AGM, were passed. The resolutions were to facilitate the proposed flotation by the Company of Insurance Ventures Plc, which is involved
in motor claims and risk management.
