--Nestle's Purina Petcare division in France is exploring options for its plant in Quimperle, Brittany, as well as possible job cuts for up to 200 employees via voluntary departures, says a spokesman for the company, Reuters reports.

--The spokesman's comments come after trade unions said Nestle could sell the Quimperle plant and cut jobs at the Marconnelle, Montfort, Aubigny and Veauche plants in France to cut costs, Reuters reports.
