skills assessments and hackathons, to become the exclusive U.S.
reseller for customized talent assessment solutions. The
partnership, which brings HackerEarth services to Dice customers
and candidates, accelerates the technical hiring process, improving
candidate quality for employers, and providing a way for candidates
to gain a competitive edge during their career search journey.
The recruitment environment in the U.S. for employers with
technology needs remains a challenge as demand and turnover soar at
above average levels. Recruiters and hiring managers know that
finding the right highly-skilled tech talent is a lengthy and

simplifies the process of creating tests, generating efficiency for

Additionally, Dice will resell 'hackathon' services, enabling
employers with a simple solution to host their own in-person or
virtual hackathons. Through HackerEarth's powerful management
platform, employers can run hackathons to achieve a variety of
outcomes including sparking innovation within a company, building
viable products, expanding employment branding to new tech
professionals and qualifying top tech talent for potential future
