FD Disclosure.
On June 20, 2020 the Company issued a press
release with respect to anti-viral testing results. A copy of this press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and
is incorporated herein by reference.

Item 8.01 Other Events.
The Company announced that in a controlled
laboratory study, the SARS-CoV-2 virus was inactivated when exposed to the Company’s sintered silicon nitride powder. The
Company expects to share additional data once the findings are published in a rapid-review forum.
