Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
PureCycle Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) will be hosting an Investor Showcase event at its Ironton, Ohio facility in Ironton, Ohio beginning at 9:00 am Eastern Time on March 7, 2024. This event will feature a tour of the Company’s pre-processing facility, purification operation and offtake distribution area. The Company will offer a virtual, live-stream option for those who cannot attend in person. The Company is furnishing as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K the presentation materials to be provided to, and discussed with, attendees at the Investor Showcase event. The presentation will also be available on the Investor Relations page of the Company's website: www.purecycle.com.
